I believe in a different approach to fitness with an emphasis on controlled purposeful movement, conditioning the body and building strength.
Aligning the body
We aren't designed to work hunched over computers and often aren't aware of the cumulative effect it has on our bodies support systems. Fixing the way you hold your body makes it stronger, more efficient and less likely to get injuries.
Balancing nutrition
What is going into your body energy-wise and what's going out? Do you have the right balance of carbs, fats and protein for your gender and age? Making small changes to the way you eat makes a big difference getting you where you want to be.
Getting your personal best
What do you see your healthier self doing in future that you can't do now? I'll design a tailored program of strength training and conditioning with ongoing coaching that will get you to your goals and keep you living at your personal best.

I’ve always hated physical activity. I loathed PE at school and would go to great lengths to avoid physical exercise.
