I believe in a different approach to fitness with an emphasis on controlled purposeful movement, conditioning the body and building strength.

We aren't designed to work hunched over computers and often aren't aware of the cumulative effect it has on our bodies support systems. Fixing the way you hold your body makes it stronger, more efficient and less likely to get injuries.


Balancing nutrition

What is going into your body energy-wise and what's going out? Do you have the right balance of carbs, fats and protein for your gender and age? Making small changes to the way you eat makes a big difference getting you where you want to be.
