Working with a Personal Trainer is the safest and most effective way to achieve your health and fitness goals. I consider Personal Training as the primary tool in generating results. Everyones vision of what they want accomplished through their training regime is different and therefore specific training strategies must be different. My experience and my attention to detail enables me to develop training programs that are tailored specifically to your individual.
I can help you with all your fitness needs including:

Your initial appointment will involve a basic health questionaire to elicit your goals and your preferences as well as a basic physical assessment to allow me to determine obvious muscle imbalances, areas of weakness etc.
Sessions to follow will involve exercises and stretching specific to you, which may be focused on rehabilitation, sports specific strength training, weight loss, increasing lean muscle mass or simply to reach your goal level of fitness.
During all sessions, no matter what your goal, I will also aim to teach you about your body and the way it’s designed to work by focusing on core strength and spinal stability. You will learn to engage your postural muscles to support your pelvis, lower back and neck during any exercise and during everyday activities. This will reduce injury potential, increase body awareness and maximise your performance.
