Think smarter and perform better
1. Get fit smarter
A good fitness training program will include a sweating component and an exercise component, which is challenging.
A great fitness training program will teach you how your body is designed to work using functional movements, strengthen weaknesses, reduce your likelihood of getting injured, and help you to achieve peak performance.
My training programs will increase your fitness but will also teach you how to move your body in the most efficient way. Depending on the individual client, I may focus on the important areas of:
- foot orientation
- posture
- knee direction
- hip balance
- elbow direction
- head and neck alignment
A good understanding of your body and the way it is designed to work will enable you to continue striving towards peak fitness performance, while strengthening your body against potential injuries well into the future.
It doesn’t matter how gifted or clever a person is, to improve your body takes hard work. Increasing your strength and fitness will improve your life; there are no short cuts, there is no easy way out, however, there is a smarter way to get fit and that’s what I can show you.
2. Posture = performance
I’ve spent many years working with people from all walks of life and many hours observing and changing their individual movement patterns. This has given me an extensive knowledge of the body; the way it works, the role an individual’s bio-mechanics plays in their movement efficiency, and the importance of posture in the body’s overall strength and ability to perform.
The biggest influence you have on your body’s posture is habit. Unfortunately, it’s not the easiest thing for you to change. It needs to be learned and I am very passionate to teach it to my clients. Your posture can be improved.
