Why I started the 40+ challenge.
I want to get something that’s very close and personal to me out there.
I’ve watched people in their 40’s and over in gyms, training like they’re 20. It doesn’t work like that.
You go through life, you get injuries. It’s something you have to work with. Most people it’s either an ankle or a knee that they can’t do a squat with, or they’re pushing their body to do something in ways that don’t work anymore.

The older we get, the more our bodies’ systems are a little bit off. That can effect balance and posture, which can be fixed and helped. Diet — most of the time energy in, does not equal energy out. We start getting health issues. If you go to a doctor, they don’t give you instructions on how to fix it.
